Spa Twenty Six \| Glasgow Southside\| Full\-Time

Spa Twenty Six is an established skincare, massage and wellbeing business looking for an experienced Deputy Spa Manager to join our team.

This is a genuine hybrid role, initially split approximately 50% hands\-on treatments and 50% management.

You will work closely with the owner, learning the business while taking increasing responsibility for the team, operations and commercial performance of the spa.

As the role develops, the balance may be reviewed in favour of increased management responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage the therapist team


• Conduct regular one\-to\-ones and performance reviews


• Drive revenue, sales and business growth


• Bring forward new ideas and opportunities to increase revenue


• Monitor KPIs, targets, therapist productivity and diary performance


• Drive rebooking, treatment plans, courses and retail sales


• Manage rotas, holidays and day\-to\-day staffing


• Oversee stock levels, stock control, ordering and suppliers


• Support recruitment, training and team development


• Maintain excellent operational and client\-care standards


• Deliver high\-quality massage and facial treatments


• Work closely with the owner on the continued growth and development of Spa Twenty Six

A minimum of two years’ proven management experience is essential.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Commercially driven, with a strong understanding that revenue and profitability are fundamental to a successful business


• An experienced people manager who can lead, motivate and drive strong team performance


• Highly organised and confident managing a busy operation


• Comfortable working with sales figures, targets and KPIs


• Proactive, ambitious and full of ideas for business growth


• Able to take ownership, use initiative and get things done


• Professionally qualified and experienced in massage and/or facial treatments

Salary \& Progression

Starting salary: on application

Following successful completion of a three\-month probationary period, you will become eligible for a performance\-related bonus scheme with:

On\-Target Earnings

The bonus will be linked to agreed commercial and operational performance targets.
