Deputy Manager ( nursing home)

We're looking for an experienced Nurse registered Deputy Manager who aligns with our values and is a proactive leader.
This is a full\-time, supernumerary role, where you will be using your time to lead, support, and develop the team with a strong focus on driving clinical quality and compliance.
Working closely with our Registered Manager, you'll provide clinical and operational leadership, support CQC compliance, oversee care planning, and champion safeguarding and staff development. You'll deputise for the Registered Manager as needed, and have oversight of a team of long serving registered nurses, so strong leadership experience is essential.
We are looking for Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it). This is a nursing post, so a current NMC PIN number is required. Familiarity and confidence with digital care planning is required, we use care control and will provide training as necessary.
