Are you a current Deputy Manager within an Ofsted\-regulated children's residential home looking for a genuine opportunity to become a Registered Manager?
At Embrace Care, we're looking for an experienced Deputy Care Manager to join our Preston service and play a key role in the next stage of our growth. This role has been designed specifically for an established Deputy Manager who is ready to develop their leadership skills and progress into a Registered Manager position.
As part of our expansion plans, you'll be enrolled onto our Fast\-Track Registered Manager Development Programme, giving you the opportunity to work closely with experienced leaders and gain the skills, knowledge and experience needed to successfully manage your own service in the future.
Embrace Care supports children and young people with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Emotional and Behavioural Needs, and other complex needs. Our focus is on creating safe, nurturing and therapeutic environments where children and young people can thrive, build independence and achieve positive outcomes.
As Deputy Care Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the day\-to\-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and compliance are maintained. You will lead and develop your team, support care planning and quality assurance processes, build positive relationships with families and professionals, and help create an environment where both young people and colleagues can succeed.
We're looking for someone who is already working as a Deputy Manager within an Ofsted\-regulated children's residential setting and has a strong understanding of safeguarding, Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted requirements. You will hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or be actively working towards it, and be passionate about delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
