We are looking for an experienced and intelligent Deputy General Manager who is an optimistic and infectious leader of people with energy, drive and enthusiasm to join our Head of Steam pubs division. To be a successful Manager for the Head of Steam you will need to have exceptionally high standards and deliver an outstanding guest experience in a fast\-paced environment. In addition to this you will need to have a strong financial understanding and a good track record of delivering sales and profit to budget.

Our Head of Steam pubs pride themselves on offering quality products and fresh food delivered to a high standard. We are looking for a Deputy General Manager who has experience of high\-volume sales, ideally be from a branded background and be focused on leading a team from the front. The right candidate will have the flair and confidence to build the business and the experience to know how to use the freedom they are given. We are looking for someone who can match their front of house creativity with back of house organisation and able operate within the companies guidelines.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£32,500\.00 per year
