This is a well maintained and recently invested in site. Food led with a 75/25 split and circa 200 restaurant covers
Duties
- Lead and manage several aspects of site operations, including sales, merchandising, staffing, and customer service to meet or exceed business objectives
- Working with the GM to develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Supervise and motivate team members through effective management practices, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Oversee inventory management, merchandising standards, and visual displays to ensure an engaging shopping environment
- Maintain excellent communication with team and guests by demonstrating strong phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and compliance with company policies
- Foster a positive team culture by promoting teamwork, leadership development, and a high level of employee engagement
- Proven management experience in a hospitality with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive results through effective team management
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in sales management, merchandising, and retail operations is preferred
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
- Background in admin functions such as P\&L management, rota scheduling, reporting, and inventory control
- Supervising experience that highlights your ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of service
Pay: £25,420\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
