Key Responsibilities

• Support the Front of House Manager in overseeing the day\-to\-day Front Office operation


• Deliver a seamless guest journey from pre\-arrival through to departure


• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally and efficiently


• Lead, support and develop the Guest Services team to maintain exceptional service standards


• Work closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Food \& Beverage and Events teams to ensure joined\-up service


• Support departmental scheduling, training and operational organisation


• Promote upselling opportunities across hotel services and facilities

Person Specification

• Previous experience within a Front Office or Reception leadership role in a fast\-paced environment


• Strong guest service skills with a professional and approachable manner


• Excellent organisational and communication skills


• Experience leading and developing teams to high service standards


• Good systems knowledge and confidence working across hotel operations


• Passionate about luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
