Your mission

As Deputy Regional Sales Manager Iberia, your mission will be to drive the growth of electric bus sales across Spain and Portugal. You will play a key role in developing strategic relationships with public transport authorities and operators, supporting tender processes, and ensuring the successful execution of regional sales strategies while maintaining strong alignment with headquarters and European teams.

What you’ll be doing

  • Promote the sales of electric bus fleets in Spain \& Portugal, developing both existing and new client relationships (public transport operators and authorities).

  • Lead and coordinate tender processes, working closely with internal teams across Europe and HQ.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cities and stakeholders interested in transitioning to electric mobility.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing consultative solutions tailored to their operational needs.

  • Define customer requirements, including technical specifications, delivery timelines, and pricing structures.

  • Coordinate cross\-functional teams (sales assistants, after\-sales, tender specialists) to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Monitor and report sales pipeline, ensuring transparency and accurate forecasting.

  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and regional profitability objectives.

  • Develop a structured approach to target cities based on volume potential and scalability.

  • Manage and support the regional sales team, fostering collaboration and performance.
What you bring
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as Sales Manager or Country Manager, ideally within the automotive or e\-mobility sector (bus sales is a strong plus).

  • Proven experience managing complex sales cycles and public tenders.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to combine technical and commercial perspectives.

  • Excellent negotiation and value\-based selling skills.

  • Experience working in international environments and cross\-cultural teams.

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem\-solving, and communication skills.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Fluent English and at least one additional European language (Spanish or Portuguese preferred).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
