Depot Supervisor Cork

The Depot Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations at the depot, ensuring that the highest level of customer service is delivered to every customer.

This role involves leading and motivating the depot team, upholding Corrib Oil’s standards for safety and security, and ensuring efficient, compliant, and profitable running of the site.

Location: Ballincollig

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Uphold Corrib Oil’s high standards in customer service at all times.


• Manage, support, and motivate the depot team to achieve targets and foster a positive work environment.


• Drive growth in all oil sales through proactive customer engagement and sales initiatives.


• Prepare, monitor, and reconcile all depot daily administration, including financial and operational records.


• Record, monitor, and maintain safety standards, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.


• Maintain accurate stock levels across all product lines within the depot.


• Organise and deliver staff training to promote development and maintain high operational standards.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Attention to detail with strong organisational skills.


• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.


• Proficiency in administrative tasks and record\-keeping.


• Commercial awareness, particularly in sales and stock management.


• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to change.

• Previous experience in a depot, office or similar operational management role preferred.


• Experience in team leadership and staff development is an advantage.


• Full, clean driving licence required.
