Key duties include:

• Day\-to\-Day management of the site including colleague rotas, stock control and health \& safety compliance


• Drive a customer\-first culture, ensuring all colleagues have clear targets to work towards


• Responsible for meeting KPI Targets including sales \& profitability


• Complete relevant paperwork and maintain electronic databases/systems accurately

Skills \& Experience:

• Managerial experience within the Commercial Fleet sector, ideally in Tyre Fitting \& Repair


• Experienced in leading and training teams of Technicians


• Committed to achieving targets, maximising profit and ensuring a flawless customer experience every time


• Possess a full, current driving licence
