About Us

We are a busy and fast\-paced tyre depot supplying tyres and vehicle services to both retail and fleet customers. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Depot Administrator \& Operations Coordinator to support the day\-to\-day running of our depot.

The Role

This is a varied role combining administration, stock control, logistics planning, and operational support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the depot runs efficiently while supporting drivers, fitters, and the management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out monthly stock takes and maintaining accurate stock records.

  • Placing tyre and consumable orders with suppliers.

  • Processing supplier returns and credits.

  • Organising daily routes for drivers.

  • Job allocation and route planning to maximise efficiency.

  • Preparing and loading tyre cages for drivers’ daily deliveries.

  • Posting purchase invoices and supplier credit notes accurately.

  • Assisting with loading jobs from customer emails into the operating system.

  • Supporting the depot team with administrative and operational tasks.

  • Maintaining high levels of organisation within the depot.

  • Ensuring all paperwork and records are completed accurately and on time.
Skills \& Experience Required
  • Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, warehouse, depot, or motor trade environment is desirable.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
