Key duties include:

• Generate accurate invoices from completed Job Sheets, following customer Service Level Agreements


• Welcome walk\-in customers and provide helpful, friendly service every time


• Check Job Sheets for accuracy and completion, chasing up any missing information


• Support the Site Manager and wider team in achieving sales, profit, and service targets


• Log and assign customer call\-outs to Technicians using their tablets


• Order consumables in line with policies and health \& safety standards


• Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally, delivering a high level of customer service

Skills \& Experience:

• Great customer service skills with experience in a customer\-facing role


• Comfortable working towards set goals and targets


• Experience working with IT systems and computer\-based ordering systems


• Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills


• Open to learning and taking on new training or initiatives
