Deployment Manager
Job Description:
The Deployment Manager is in charge of the local business implementation of deal renewal and new business handed over to him/her by Sales, onboarding and coordinating all relevant experts from different functions to ensure new business and evolutions will work at 1st time in production and can be handed over to Operations and Finance for BAU.What you’ll be doing:

- Own implementation of new business, renewals, and financial conditions changes on existing business until 1st successful production cycle and hand over to Operations
- Gather information on the deal, design Operating Model (TOM) in collaboration with accurate functions and get alignment from all functions during kick\-off meeting on TOM implemented
- Onboard Partner into our Deployment process; prepare and present \- with CSC \- layout of files the Partner will send
- Work with clients, in\-house and external teams to ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements for the Operating Model are met and fully signed off
- For some deals (eg multi\-country), work closely with project manager that will design and implement overall solution
- Implement all operational processes and complete necessary tasks to secure the launch on due date and working at 1st try in production (file loading, cash matching, invoicing) without file manipulation; use Post Deployment Triage when needed
- Provide visibility of deployment to all functions and leadership teams, through local meetings, creating and updating Jira DPL ticket on a weekly basis, and storing deal documentation in Teams (incl. sign off from client and internal functions)
- Anticipate and prepare Deployment requirements to support business
- Identify and develop the required knowledge specific to the country on Regulations, Tax, Legal Entities, Processes’ \& Controls to support a successful deployment
- Build good working relationships and maintain regular contact with relevant operational contacts to deliver both day\-to\-day and longer\-term requirements; specifically, get market trend \& requirements from Sales
- Engage with IT, Configuration and other functions impacted to design solution to support future business requirements, build business case and schedule development
- Monitor KPIs and run retrospectives
- Monitor deal implementation in Jira \- creating DPL tickets and keeping each up to date at any time – and escalate whenever situation is not \- or slowly – progressing, to ensure KPIs will meet average expectation (as per annual Goals)
- Run retrospectives with teams, share outcomes and propose improvement action plan at country quarterly deployment steering
- Business school, Engineering or University
- Minimum 5\-year experience
- Experience leading or influencing cross functional business activities
- Client facing/Sales experience
- Recognised project management skills
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects
- Knowledge of credit insurance
- Critical thinking/good analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Process mapping skills, documenting of procedures
- Ability to identify and onboard expertise required
- Proven teamwork skills
- Good influencing and negotiations skills
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills both oral and written
- English and Italien fluency required
- Occasional travel (Europe) possible
