DENZA Brand has been France and Europe in April 2026 and will develop its network according to the Product launch planning.

Main Responsibilities：


  • Achieve the assigned commercial goals in the area of responsibility and provide sales training for motivation.

  • Funnel Management KPI’s of the assigned Dealer Network and create actionable improvement plans.

  • Provide Market Insights and Competitor Benchmarking in the area of responsibility.

  • Follow up in conjunction with local Finance Partner Team the preferred financial solutions adoption rate and build action plans on feedback.

  • Ensure NPS Customer Satisfaction surveys are rolled out effectively and any Customer Feedback is treated with maximum priority.

  • Be BYD ambassador and point of reference for all Sales Team in their Area of Responsibility.

  • Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requires：
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in premium B2B sales

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills

  • Autonomous, proactive, and results\-oriented

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region

  • Fluent in French; professional level of English is required
