Dental Workshop Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental laboratory. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workshop activities, ensuring high standards of patient care, and coordinating with dental professionals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a skilled team within a dynamic healthcare environment, contributing to the delivery of exceptional dental prosthetics and services. The position is paid and suitable for individuals with strong organisational and communication skills, along with relevant experience in dental nursing or IT.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience working as a dental technologist with knowledge the latest technologies in dentistry


• General Dental Council Registration


• An assessors or teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards.


• An interest in supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.


• The ability to work successfully within a team.


• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
