Role of the Treatment Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Treatment Coordinator to ensure patients experience a smooth and positive journey through their treatment process. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with dentists, labs, and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
The Treatment Coordinator will guide patients from initial contact through to treatment completion, ensuring compliance with Banning Dental Group standards and providing continuous support.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Journey Management: Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing personalised support and care from initial enquiry to the conclusion of treatment.
- Liaison with Dental Teams: Collaborate with dentists and dental labs to streamline treatment processes, ensuring timely delivery of work and communication of clinical requirements.
- Consent and Documentation: Arrange, review, and ensure the completion of patient consent forms, treatment agreements, and other essential documentation in line with legal and organisational standards.
- Treatment Planning: Assist in creating, explaining, and ensuring patients understand their treatment plans, maintaining adherence to Banning Dental Group’s high standards.
- Financial Coordination: Guide patients through financial options, including payment plans, insurance queries, and financing solutions, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Patient Advocacy: Act as an advocate for patient concerns, answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring patients feel supported throughout their journey.
- Post\-Treatment Support: Conduct follow\-ups to monitor satisfaction, address feedback, and provide aftercare instructions where necessary.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage patient records, appointment schedules, and treatment plans, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Banning Standards Compliance: Ensure that all treatment plans and patient interactions reflect Banning’s standards of excellence in care, communication, and outcomes.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey treatment information effectively and professionally.
- Organisational Skills: Strong proactive ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain detailed records, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in managing patient records, consent forms, and scheduling to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer Focus: A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring patients feel valued.
- Sales Acumen: Experience with sales, addressing objections with understanding while guiding patients toward their goals whilst meeting and exceeding targets.
- Proactive Approach: Initiative to anticipate patient needs and proactively resolve concerns.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver a seamless patient experience.
- Competitive Salary in the region of £40,000 with OTE up to £55,000
