Duties

• Support dental team members in delivering high\-quality patient care throughout various procedures


• Assist with patient preparation, including explaining treatments and ensuring comfort


• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of dental instruments and treatment areas in compliance with health standards


• Manage patient records accurately using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and organization


• Communicate clearly with patients, answering questions and providing reassurance to foster a positive experience


• Help with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and updating patient information


• Observe and learn from experienced nurses and dentists to develop clinical skills and understanding of dental procedures

Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, team members, and supervisors


• Basic IT proficiency for managing patient records, appointment scheduling, and other digital tasks


• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy clinical environment


• Compassionate attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding patient care


• Fluency in English for clear communication within the team and with patients


• Knowledge of nursing principles is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
