We provide a full range of treatments, including Invisalign, advanced restorative and aesthetic dentistry, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Our practice is proud of our long\-standing team members, many of whom have progressed into exciting roles such as treatment coordinator, social media and marketing lead, Invisalign coordinator, and practice manager.
With a commitment to work\-life balance, we offer compressed working patterns, providing full\-time hours over just 3\.5/4 days, leaving you with additional days off during the week.
What You’ll Do:
As our Dental Front\-of\-House/Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in providing a seamless and high\-quality patient journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and providing reassurance as needed.
- Managing the practice diary efficiently.
- Handling calls and in\-person enquiries, converting them into appointments.
- Ensuring all pre\-appointment paperwork is prepared and added to patient notes.
- Supporting patients with information about their appointments and what to expect.
- Addressing patient concerns quickly and empathetically.
- Handling post\-appointment tasks such as payments, follow\-ups, and requesting feedback.
- Contributing to team meetings and quality assurance processes.
- Supporting colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
Essential:
- A calm, friendly, and professional demeanour.
- Exceptional customer\-facing skills.
- Willingness to learn about dental practice procedures if not already familiar.
- Experience working in a busy team.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
