Dental Receptionist

As a Dental Receptionist, you will be an integral part of our dental practice, responsible for managing patient interactions and ensuring a smooth office workflow. Your core skills in office and administrative experience will be essential in scheduling appointments, handling patient records, and managing billing inquiries.
Working Hours / Days:
This is a part\-time or full\-time role (days can vary depending on candidate)
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage the front desk operations to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle billing inquiries efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with GDC regulations.

Pay: £13\.00\-£15\.00 per hour
