About Us

Dental Artistry is a well\-established and highly regarded private specialist referral practice located in the heart of Hornsey High Street, London N8\. We are a busy and growing multidisciplinary practice providing specialist care across Endodontics, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, and Implant Dentistry.

We are seeking a professional, patient\-focused Part\-Time Dental Receptionist / Dental Nurse to join our friendly and dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to develop their career within a specialist private dental environment, with ongoing opportunities for training and professional growth.

The Role

This is primarily a front\-of\-house and reception\-based role, focused on delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth day\-to\-day operation of the practice. Occasional dental nursing support will be required on certain days.

We are looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and committed to providing an outstanding patient experience.

Working Pattern:

• 2–3 days per week


• Immediate start available


• Salary dependent on experience, qualifications, and competency

• Welcome patients in a warm, professional, and efficient manner


• Manage appointment bookings and diary scheduling


• Handle patient enquiries professionally, both in person and by telephone


• Assist with patient registration and maintain accurate patient records


• Ensure a positive and seamless patient journey throughout their visit

• Maintain and update patient information using SOE dental software


• Carry out general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence


• Ensure the reception area remains professional, organised, and welcoming

• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms


• Support clinicians during dental procedures when required


• Sterilise instruments and maintain infection control procedures


• Adhere to all health and safety and cross\-infection protocols

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong organisational and time\-management abilities


• Professional and confident front\-of\-house manner


• Fluent spoken and written English


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Compassionate and patient\-centred approach


• Previous dental reception and/or dental nursing experience


• Experience using SOE dental software


• GDC registration

• Work within a respected private specialist referral practice


• Exposure to specialist dentistry and multidisciplinary treatment planning
