Full or Part time Dental Receptionist

Kenilworth Dental Practice is an Award Winning Dental Practice with a great local reputation, a super friendly team and experienced and supportive Clinicians.

Our Practice:

• A Team of Receptionists who all love their job – come and spend some time with us


• Long standing Nurses, Receptionists, Hygienists and Associates who work together to provide great care for our patients

• Experience as a Dental Receptionist or Nurse is beneficial


• Experience in customer service roles is essential

• Greeting patients with a warm welcome and guiding them through our patient journey with care and consideration and always striving for outstanding customer service. As one of our longstanding and well\-loved Reception team says “it’s all about being warm and friendly”


• Answering the phone with excellent communication skills, answering queries with care and confidence.


• Managing the appointment diary and patient appointments with attention to detail and following practice guidelines


• Working cohesively with the Reception Team and the wider Clinical Team


• Adapting to new ways of working


• Assisting with marketing campaigns

• Articulate and friendly


• Takes pride in developing good relationships with patients


• Able to work in a fast\-paced environment


• Attention to detail


• Working alongside a team of professionals to help deliver excellent care
