Happy Kids Dental Practice is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Dental Receptionist to join our practice in Chelsea.

Happy Kids Dental is the largest private specialist paediatric dental practice in the UK, with existing locations in Marylebone, Hammersmith, Wimbledon and new opening in Hampstead soon. Our practices are designed to accommodate any clinical case in\-house, supported by a dedicated and versatile team of specialists, consultants, dental nurses, TCOs, and receptionists.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our Chelsea team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside leading specialists in dentistry, supporting children and families in a dynamic, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle phone and email inquiries with professionalism, efficiency and a smile.


• Convert inquiries into bookings and manage appointment schedules.


• Provide advanced diary management for a busy clinical environment.


• Ensure smooth check\-in and check\-out processes for patients.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families.


• Deliver exceptional customer service standards in every interaction.

Full\-time: 40 hours per week.

5 working days per week, including 2 Saturdays per month.

Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience.
