Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and provide an exceptional first impression


• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently


• Handle patient enquiries by phone, email, and in person


• Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks


• Support patients throughout their journey, ensuring comfort and satisfaction


• Liaise with clinicians and dental nurses to coordinate smooth clinic operations


• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality

Requirements

• Previous experience in dental reception or customer\-facing roles preferred


• Ability to work evenings and weekends


• Excellent customer service skills


• Strong communication and organisational skills


• Confident using dental software (experience with Dentally is a plus)


• Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude


• Passionate about delivering a positive patient experience
