• Business Acumen: Strong financial skills and experience with dental software. We use Dentally but historically a SOE practice.


• People Person: A natural leader with exceptional communication skills and a "can\-do" attitude toward problem\-solving.


• Compliance Knowledge: A thorough understanding of current dental regulations and the "Registered Manager" role.
