Dental Practice Manager
We are seeking an experienced, organised, and highly motivated Practice Manager to oversee the smooth day\-to\-day operations of our growing practice in North London.

The Role:
As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the practice operates efficiently while delivering an outstanding patient and customer experience. You will be responsible for supporting the team, maintaining operational standards, and assisting with the administrative and financial management of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
\-Oversee the daily running and operational management of the practice.
\-Ensure a high standard of patient/customer service and overall patient experience.
\-Manage appointments, scheduling, and workflow coordination effectively.
\-Maintain compliance with practice policies, procedures, and operational standards.
\-Support the practice with administration, reporting, and organisational management.
\-Handle patient/customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
\-Assist with financial administration, invoicing, and basic budgeting duties.
\-Ensure the practice environment remains professional, organised, and efficient at all times.
\-Promote a positive, collaborative, and productive team culture.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Practice Manager or similar management role
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Professional, reliable, and adaptable approach to work
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Positive attitude with a proactive and solution\-focused mindset
Working Hours
Part\-time position
Flexible working days and hours available
