Dental Practice Compliance Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Practice and Compliance Manager to join our busy and well\-established mixed dental practice.Working alongside our existing management team, you will play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting practice operations, and contributing to the continued success and growth of the practice.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in dental practice management


• Strong understanding of CQC compliance and practice management


• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a large team


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Maintaining policies, procedures, and risk assessments


• Monitoring compliance with infection prevention and control protocols


• Ensuring adherence to team CPD, safeguarding requirements, and health and safety legislation


• Conducting regular compliance audits and inspections


• Monitoring clinical governance systems


• Preparing for and supporting CQC inspections


• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail


• A positive, proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
