Role Overview

The Registered Nurse will play a key role in supporting clinical operations across a range of dental services. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high\-quality nursing support across general dentistry, specialist procedures, and patient consultations.


• Ensure excellent standards of infection control, sterilisation, and clinical safety.


• Assist clinicians chairside, preparing instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms.


• Deliver patient education and support, ensuring a positive and reassuring experience.


• Maintain accurate clinical records and support patient flow throughout the clinic.


• Collaborate with dental surgeons, hygienists, therapists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations.


• Participate in training sessions, competency development, and quality improvement initiatives.


• Take part in audits, compliance checks, and ongoing clinical governance.


• Contribute proactively to the development of clinical protocols and best\-practice procedures.

Essential Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with valid GDC registration (or equivalent if outside UK).


• Strong interest in dental or surgical nursing (experience preferred but not essential—full training provided).


• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.


• Commitment to high standards of infection control and patient safety.


• A proactive approach with the ambition to develop further skills and responsibilities.

• Previous experience in a dental, surgical, or outpatient clinical setting.


• Interest in gaining dental radiography, sedation, or specialist nursing qualifications.


• Capability or ambition to progress into senior roles.
