Role Overview
The Registered Nurse will play a key role in supporting clinical operations across a range of dental services. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high\-quality nursing support across general dentistry, specialist procedures, and patient consultations.
- Ensure excellent standards of infection control, sterilisation, and clinical safety.
- Assist clinicians chairside, preparing instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms.
- Deliver patient education and support, ensuring a positive and reassuring experience.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and support patient flow throughout the clinic.
- Collaborate with dental surgeons, hygienists, therapists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Participate in training sessions, competency development, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Take part in audits, compliance checks, and ongoing clinical governance.
- Contribute proactively to the development of clinical protocols and best\-practice procedures.

Essential Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with valid GDC registration (or equivalent if outside UK).
- Strong interest in dental or surgical nursing (experience preferred but not essential—full training provided).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
- Commitment to high standards of infection control and patient safety.
- A proactive approach with the ambition to develop further skills and responsibilities.
- Previous experience in a dental, surgical, or outpatient clinical setting.
- Interest in gaining dental radiography, sedation, or specialist nursing qualifications.
- Capability or ambition to progress into senior roles.
