Duties

• Assist dentists during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments are prepared and sterilised.


• Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have.


• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as required.


• Manage appointment schedules and ensure efficient clinic operations.


• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.


• Collaborate with other dental professionals to deliver comprehensive care.


• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and managing inventory of dental supplies.

• Strong patient care skills with a focus on delivering compassionate support to patients.


• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.


• Relevant nursing qualifications or experience in a healthcare setting.


• Basic IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling software.


• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with patients and team members.
