\*Exciting Dental Nurse Opportunity \- Gentle Dental Care Droitwich\*\*Monday\-Friday, \& ad\-hoc Saturdays

We are seeking a high\-performing and experienced Dental Nurse to join our dedicated team and contribute to the continued success of our 2 surgery dental practice. Your role will include being Infection Control lead and you will be responsible for stock management and ordering

• We are looking for a candidate with prior Dental Nurse experience


• Someone who has the ability to guide and support a Nursing team to provide a fantastic patient journey


• Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure all of our patients are given a 5 star service


• work well with a team of dental nurses, ensuring excellent care and support for both patients and clinicians.


• Provide direct clinical support during dental procedures, ensuring a high standard of care.


• Collaborate with the management team to improve patient care, processes, and practice efficiency and smooth day to day running of the practice


• Ensure infection control protocols and health and safety standards are strictly followed


• Understand practice policies for CQC requirements


• If possible have experience in stock management and ordering to ensure consistent availability of essential supplies. Manage stock, order supplies, and oversee inventory to maintain a well\-equipped practice


• contribute in performing audits and compliance and making sure all checklists are up to date


• Have strong organisational, and communication skills and lead by example to other colleagues.


• Be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast\-paced environment.


• be committed to high\-quality patient care and have a passion for the dental profession.

• GDC Registration \& Nursing Qualification is essential for the position


• Have at least 1 years dental nursing experience


• Experience with EXACT software (not essential)


• Have up to date Hep B certificate, DBS check and CPD with right to work in UK
