Dental Laboratory Manager – Luxe Dental Lab

Luxe Dental Lab is looking for an experienced and organised Dental Laboratory Manager to lead the day\-to\-day operations of our busy dental laboratory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workflow, supporting the dental technician team, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong dental lab experience who is confident managing people, deadlines, and production standards.

We would also welcome applications from candidates with experience as a dental practice manager or dental nurse, as this background would be beneficial and will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

\* Managing the daily operations of Luxe Dental Lab
\* Planning and prioritising workload to meet deadlines
\* Supervising and supporting dental technicians and lab staff
\* Ensuring all work meets quality, compliance, and safety standards
\* Liaising with dentists, clinics, suppliers, and internal teams
\* Monitoring stock levels, materials, equipment, and ordering requirements
\* Supporting training, performance, and development of team members
\* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth communication across the lab
\* Helping improve systems, efficiency, and overall lab performance

Requirements

\* Previous experience in a dental laboratory environment preferred
\* Experience in a supervisory, team leader, or management role preferred
\* Experience as a dental practice manager or dental nurse would be beneficial and will be considered
\* Strong knowledge of dental lab processes and quality standards would be advantageous
\* Excellent organisational and communication skills
\* Ability to manage deadlines in a busy working environment
\* Good attention to detail and a professional approach
\* Confident using systems, equipment, and production tracking methods

Job Type: Full\-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday / 08\.30am \- 5\.30pm
Location: 1 Waters Meeting Road, Bolton, BL1 8HQ

Pay: £35,000\.00 per year
