Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining patients' oral health through preventive care and education. Responsibilities

• Perform dental prophylaxis, including scaling and polishing of patients’ teeth to prevent decay and gum disease


• Conduct oral health assessments and provide personalised oral hygiene instructions to patients


• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with practice protocols and data protection laws


• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, dietary advice, and preventive measures

• recognised qualification as a Dental Hygienist, registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) or equivalent regulatory body


• Proven experience working as a Dental Hygienist in a clinical setting is desirable


• Strong understanding of human anatomy, particularly oral and maxillofacial structures


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively


• Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient confidentiality


• Ability to work flexibly within practice hours, including occasional participation in training sessions or professional development programmes

Pay: £40\.00\-£45\.00 per hour
