Our lovely family led Practice are looking for another Part Time Hygienist due to high demand. Due to added surgeries we can be flexible with days and hours.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high\-quality patient care, performing dental cleanings, and assisting in various dental procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, infection control practices, and patient assessment techniques. The Dental Hygienist will work closely with the dentist and other team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages.
- Assess patient oral health by reviewing medical histories and performing vital sign checks.
- Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosing dental issues.
- Provide chairside assistance during various dental procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Implement aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment.
- Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient care and improve clinic efficiency.
- Stay updated on advancements in paediatric dentistry, general dentistry, and infection control protocols.
Pay: £35\.00\-£40\.00 per hour
