As a Dental Concierge, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless journey for every patient, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and cared for from their very first interaction.

Duties
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling as necessary
- Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Assist with patient check\-in and check\-out procedures efficiently
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the practice management system
- Handle administrative tasks such as assisting the Practice Manager with managing the CRM system for the practice, data entry, and processing payments
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide information about treatments, payment options, and practice policies to patients
- Support the team in maintaining a clean and organised reception area
- Previous office experience or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Friendly, approachable manner with a professional appearance
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Pay: £12\.71\-£13\.50 per hour
