As a Demi Chef de Partie, you'll support the kitchen team in delivering exceptional food experiences while continuing to grow your culinary skills in a positive and welcoming environment.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and presenting dishes with consistency and care.
- Supporting your section during lunch, dinner, and special events.
- Assisting with mise en place and daily kitchen preparations.
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organisation.
- Working closely with a passionate team to create memorable guest experiences.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie.
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced kitchen environment.
- Good command of English.
