Demand & Supply Lead

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Curious about shaping how products meet customer demand across markets? As a Demand & Supply Lead, you play a key role in connecting sales plans with supply planning—ensuring the right products are available at the right time and place.
Working at a global level, you will take ownership of buying quantification and allocation, translating demand into actionable supply plans while balancing local needs and global priorities. This is a role where analytical thinking meets collaboration, giving you the opportunity to influence decisions across markets and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure customer group plans align with global aggregated plans across continent and planning markets
Translate sales markets’ demand plans into supply plans and buying volumes across warehouses and channels
Incorporate local inputs such as seasonality and climate into supply planning. Adjust and optimize allocation splits in planning tools (e.g., PLUTO)
Identify deviations between global supply plans and market needs, providing recommendations for adjustments
Lead pre-season allocation of stock to planning markets and warehouses, ensuring alignment with business priorities
Monitor and optimize warehouse allocation in planning tools, ensuring accuracy and correct parameter setup
Review allocation flows from both quantitative data and qualitative feedback from Product Merchandising teams
Oversee supply vs. demand performance and adjust forecasts where needed

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, or a related field
At least 2+ years of experience within demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, or analytics—ideally in retail, fashion, or FMCG
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify risks, and turn insights into action
A good understanding of end-to-end buying and planning processes
Confidence working cross-functionally and facilitating discussions with stakeholders
Experience with planning tools such as Anaplan or PLUTO is a strong advantage
