Your mission in our team As a Demand \& MRP Planner, you will translate complex project demands into reliable material and supply plans. You will be the strategic link ensuring that material availability, inventory levels, and purchasing requirements perfectly align with production schedules to guarantee our global project delivery commitments. You’ll make a difference by
- Developing medium\- and long\-term demand plans based on project pipelines, forecasts, and expected delivery dates.
- Executing and optimizing the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process to generate precise purchase requisitions and orders.
- Proactively managing inventory levels across locations to prevent shortages, bottlenecks, and obsolete materials.
- Defining and maintaining critical SAP planning parameters and master data to ensure flawless MRP execution.
- Acting as the central coordination hub connecting Factory, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and Project Management teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable discipline.
- Proven experience in material planning, production planning, or a similar industrial supply chain role.
- Advanced expertise in SAP (Material Master, MRP execution) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with a deep commitment to data quality and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate cross\-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively without direct hierarchical authority.
Previous experience in the railway sector or project\-based industrial environments.
An APICS or similar relevant supply\-chain certification.
