Deine zukünftigen Herausforderungen:

Success in this role is defined by consistently increasing qualified lead volume and pipeline contribution, while reducing cost per lead and improving overall campaign efficiency through data\-driven optimization.

• Plan, execute and continuously optimize integrated demand gen campaigns across platforms


• Own and scale performance channels with a focus on SEA and Paid Social to drive high\-quality lead generation


• Manage and allocate performance marketing budgets efficiently, continuously improving ROI through KPI monitoring, A/B testing and funnel optimization


• Own demand gen reporting and use CRM and marketing automation to track, report and analyze conversions, pipeline contribution, CPL and ROI


• Partner with Sales and Marketing to align on ICP, pipeline targets, lead follow\-up and growth goals


• Coordinate with Content, Design and Product Marketing teams to ensure campaign and creative alignment


• Support ABM initiatives targeting enterprise and mid\-market accounts

Deine Skills:

• 3\-5 years of demand generation or performance marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech


• Strong hands\-on expertise in Google Ads (AdWords) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager


• Deep understanding of lead generation funnels, attribution models and conversion tracking


• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive impactful optimization strategies


• Proven ability to manage campaigns independently and deliver measurable business outcomes


• Experience with marketing automation and CRM (Salesforce)


• Proactive, solution\-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and results focus


• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
