Réalta Technologies are seeking an experienced DeltaV Automation Engineer to join a leading pharmaceutical client based in North Dublin.
The successful candidate will have 5\+ years' experience in automation engineering within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with strong hands\-on experience working with Emerson DeltaV across the full project lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities

• Provide automation engineering support throughout the full project lifecycle, from design through to commissioning and start\-up.


• Develop and configure Emerson DeltaV DCS systems in line with project requirements.


• Develop and review automation documentation, including functional specifications and design documentation.


• Support and execute FAT, SAT, testing and commissioning activities.


• Troubleshoot and resolve DeltaV and automation system issues during testing, commissioning and start\-up.


• Support the successful handover of automation systems to site operations.


• Work within relevant GMP and pharmaceutical engineering standards.

• 5\+ years' experience in Automation / Controls Engineering.


• Proven experience working with Emerson DeltaV DCS.


• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology or life sciences industry experience.


• Experience across the full project lifecycle, including: Design, DeltaV configuration, Testing / FAT / SAT, Commissioning and Start\-up.


• Experience working in a GMP\-regulated environment.


• Relevant engineering qualification in Automation, Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation, Controls Engineering or a related discipline.

• DeltaV Batch experience.


• Experience with pharmaceutical validation / CSV activities.


• Experience with PLC, SCADA or MES systems.


• Experience on greenfield or brownfield pharmaceutical projects.
