Delivery Project Manager - Capex

Your role will be to manage all aspects of projects from commencement to completion. You will monitor all budgets against current spend and report back to managers on agreed regular time scale and will have the ability to drive continued improvement in process and cost.
The role requires good construction and building services knowledge, as well as pools and Spas. Excellent budgetary control, project planning and multiple stakeholder management skills are essential to success.
The main site office is at our Hatfield club. The Delivery Project Manager Role is a hybrid role working at new developments, local clubs or at home.

- Five years practical experience of carrying out and managing projects of a similar nature
- An appropriate building qualification to HND level (preferred)
- Self\-motivated and capable of working on own initiative
- Be able to successfully manage time, plans, projects and other related tasks
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment
