Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the generation of solutions, validating and prioritysing before driving implementation
- Define project scope, objectives, and requirements. Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation.
- Build and lead a cross\-functional team, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring collaboration among team members.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns or changes.
- Ensure that the project's deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure that the project has the necessary tools, equipment, and personnel.
- Monitor project timelines and adjust as needed to keep the project on track.
- Address issues and obstacles that arise during the project, finding solutions to keep the project moving forward.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant records.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
- Uses influencing and communication skills to guide and motivate stakeholders through complex challenges and projects
- Can see barriers, and goes for them rather than stops
