Delivery Manager (Commodity area)
We're looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland in a hybrid working mode. This role will strengthen our Commodity Trading \& Agritech (CT\&A) portfolio by leading end\-to\-end delivery management for one of EPAM’s strategic enterprise accounts. You will oversee the full delivery scope, ensure strong client engagement and maintain predictable, high\-quality execution while enabling scalability and operational efficiency.
As the primary delivery leader, you will partner with Account Management and Technology leadership, balancing governance, financial control, contractual compliance and people leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes. The role also includes driving adoption of GenAI\-enabled and automation\-driven practices across delivery to optimize speed, cost and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Own end\-to\-end delivery for a full client account across multiple initiatives, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality and budget
- Establish governance frameworks, operating cadence and reporting for transparency and continuous improvement
- Enable data\-driven management using KPIs, dashboards and operational metrics
- Act as the primary EPAM delivery counterpart for client leadership, fostering trust and long\-term engagement
- Proactively manage risks, escalations and expectations in a no\-surprise delivery culture
- Maintain delivery financial health, including forecasting, margin control and cost optimization
- Oversee contractual delivery under MSAs and SOWs, ensuring scope control, change management and compliance
- Partner with Account Management to identify delivery\-led growth opportunities and support RFP/RFI responses
- Ensure effective staffing, onboarding, coaching and performance management across delivery teams
- Apply EPAM delivery standards, proposing continuous improvements of operating models and practices
- Support adoption of generative AI and automation practices within delivery workflows to enhance future\-readiness
- Proven experience in delivery leadership roles within consulting, outsourcing or large\-scale IT engagements (e.g., Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Engagement Lead)
- Experience managing multi\-stream enterprise programs and full client accounts
- Strong expertise in scope control, milestone governance and contractual delivery under MSAs and SOW frameworks
- Practical understanding of technology consulting compliance areas (data privacy, confidentiality, scope governance)
- Solid technology awareness across ERP platforms, data ecosystems, integrations and hybrid or multi\-cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP preferred)
- In\-depth understanding of SDLC methodologies with experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery
- Ability to bridge business objectives with technical execution, leading engineering and architecture teams toward solution ownership
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership abilities in distributed, multicultural environments
- Fluent English and German
- Exposure to Generative AI and automation practices within delivery governance or solution engineering contexts
- Experience contributing to client commercial discussions, contract renewals or RFP/RFI processes
