Delivery Manager – Analytics \& MarTech

We’re seeking a hands\-on Delivery Manager – Analytics \& MarTech to join Spenn Group’s Product \& Tech team at our office in Oslo.

As Delivery Manager for Analytics \& MarTech, you will own the end\-to\-end delivery process for our data, analytics, and marketing\-technology initiatives within Spenn’s cycle\-based product development model. You’ll ensure that every cycle is well\-planned, efficiently executed, and delivers measurable outcomes. You will coordinate with other Delivery Managers across Product, Engineering, Data \& Analytics, Design, and the Commercial and Marketing organization to align priorities, remove blockers, and ensure a seamless flow from concept to delivery. A key part of your role is to optimize execution speed and quality through continuous process improvement and effective use of tools and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Cycle delivery – Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of analytics and MarTech in Spenn product development cycles. Ensure each cycle has clear goals, priorities, and success metrics – and that outcomes are delivered on time, to scope, and with high quality.

Cross\-functional coordination – Coordinate closely with other Delivery Managers, Product Management, the Data \& Analytics engineering team, and the Commercial and Marketing organization to ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and dependencies throughout each cycle. Act as the central point of contact for the Data \& Anaytics team.

Analytics \& MarTech delivery – Drive the delivery of data products, dashboards, tracking, and marketing\-technology capabilities – including campaign tooling, customer data, and the recommendation engine – that power Spenn’s ecosystem marketing and customer experiences.

Tracking and execution – Own all task tracking, progress reporting, and workflow transparency across the data and MarTech initiatives. Continuously improve our use of Jira and Confluence to ensure structured planning, accountability, and efficient collaboration across teams.

Risk and quality management – Identify delivery risks early and work proactively with stakeholders to mitigate them. Ensure data quality, privacy\-aware delivery, smooth handovers, and successful releases across environments.

Process improvement – Drive continuous improvement in Spenn’s cycle\-based delivery model. Implement best practices in agile execution, automation, and documentation to reduce overhead and improve delivery predictability and speed.

AI\-Driven Efficiency – Utilize and advocate for AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and their integration with productivity systems to streamline workflows, enhance documentation, and improve execution velocity.

Visibility and Reporting – Maintain transparent communication with Product \& Tech leadership and Commercial and Marketing stakeholders. Prepare concise, data\-driven delivery summaries and performance insights from each cycle.

Compliance \& Data Privacy – Work closely with the CPTO on data compliance and data privacy related matters.

Required Experience and Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Economics, Marketing Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in delivery or project management within technology, fintech, or product\-led organizations, ideally with data, analytics, or marketing\-technology initiatives.

  • Solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies and software development lifecycles.

  • Familiarity with the analytics and MarTech landscape – data pipelines, BI and dashboards, tracking, customer data platforms, and campaign or marketing\-automation tools – sufficient to coordinate technical work with confidence.

  • Strong experience in Jira, Confluence, and related delivery management tools.

  • Demonstrated success in coordinating cross\-functional teams, including collaboration with commercial and marketing functions.

  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and integrate them into workflows to improve efficiency.

  • Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.
