Job Summary
As our new Delivery Director for Switzerland \& Germany you will lead the delivery strategy and operational performance across your territory, ensuring client engagements meet business, quality, and financial objectives. You will oversee and support Delivery Managers, enforce delivery standards, and align staffing and capacity planning with business needs. Acting as a key partner to Consulting, Practices, Sales and Finance, you will drive continuous improvement, client satisfaction, and the evolution of delivery excellence at scale.
This role can be based in Switzerland or in Germany.

- You bring proven leadership in managing complex delivery teams and functions.
- You communicate clearly, manage stakeholders effectively, and make sound decisions under pressure. Analytical and structured, you’re driven by performance, quality, and client success.
- You have a good awareness of AI in the enterprise and how it can drive value for clients.
- You bring exposure to business development activities and combine a solid delivery mindset with a business\-oriented approach, engaging confidently with clients to shape solutions and drive impact.
You're fluent in German and English, and speaking additional languages is a plus.
This role can be based anywhere in Switzerland or in Germany and requires regular travel to our Berlin, Vevey and Berne offices. It follows a flexible hybrid working model, combining remote and on\-site work.
