Job Purpose
Support the successful delivery of SupplyBank client requirements by building and maintaining strong relationships with educators. The role focuses on attracting, retaining, and engaging high-quality educators to meet client recruitment needs effectively across local, regional, or national portfolios.
Key Success Measures • Fulfilment rate consistently above 90%
- Weekly educator onboarding targets achieved
- Adequate educator supply for current and future demand
- Fast, high-quality recruitment and onboarding conversion
- Accurate administration and candidate record management
- Identify educator shortages and develop targeted sourcing solutions
- Work with Account Managers to understand client demand and staffing gaps
- Deliver attraction activities including job advertising, CV searching, referrals, social media, university partnerships, and careers fairs
- Build pipelines of qualified educators for current and future roles
- Develop candidate relationships through networking and engagement
- Stay informed on market trends to improve recruitment strategies
- Manage the recruitment cycle from first contact to onboarding alongside offshore teams
- Conduct screening calls, interviews, and suitability assessments
- Maximise conversion from applicant to active educator
- Maintain recruitment quality, compliance, and onboarding standards
- Source educators for long-term and permanent roles
- Ensure bookings are accurately recorded in systems
- Monitor educator capacity and maintain coverage across allocated areas
- Work with Account Managers to match educators to roles effectively
- Monitor active, pending, and inactive educators
- Produce and maintain high-quality educator profiles and CVs
- Deliver excellent onboarding and placement preparation
- Build strong educator relationships and promote CPD opportunities, portals, partnerships, and events
- Support high-quality service delivery to clients and educators
- Generate and analyse performance data and reports
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards
- Keep up to date with compliance requirements and industry developments
- Take responsibility for personal learning and development
- Support equity, diversity, and inclusion principles
- Experience in educator recruitment, resourcing, and relationship management
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
