Location: Moorgate, Central London (Hybrid – 3 office days Tue\-Thu / Monday \& Fri WFH)

Delegate sales experience is a plus, but not essential. If you have a hunter mentality, strong communication skills, and a hunger to succeed, we want to hear from you!

The Role
You will be responsible for confirming high\-quality attendees for our events through outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives (C\-Suite, Director level) from global organisations.
- Understand event topics and target audience to ensure accurate and relevant delegate outreach.
- Generate delegate sales for live and bespoke events. (4 bookings per week)
- Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and ensure accurate reporting.
- Work collaboratively within a high\-performing team, sharing insights and strategies.
- Sales experience preferred, but delegate sales experience is not essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner.
- Resilient, ambitious, target\-driven and motivated by success
- Ability to engage with senior\-level professionals and build rapport quickly.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Lusha (desirable)
- Competitive salary £28,000 \- £43,000 OTE
