We are looking for a Business Director to grow revenue, maintaining and building client relationships. You will be responsible for maximising our sales potential, crafting proposals tailored to meet specific client needs. DECA is a specialist diversity media consultancy, helping some of the largest global brands understand cultural diversity and providing recommendations on how to authentically reach diverse audiences. Key clients include GSK, Nationwide and Adidas. DECA is part of the Brand Advance Group.
Responsibilities:
- Grow revenue and build client relationships.
- Work closely with the DECA team, ensuring they are aware of the sales pipeline, meeting calendar and any industry issues which could affect revenue.
- Work with our Data and Insights team to ensure full communication of required KPIs for all client campaigns to ensure we deliver successfully against client needs.
- Understand our clients’ needs and tailor the correct business proposal to each individual client.
- Be the first point of contact for Brands and Clients
- Collect as much information about the client’s business as possible
- Understand clients’ needs and wants
- Perform research using shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.
- Constantly recommend solutions for improvement
- Develop detailed business plans
- Determine the project’s KPIs
- Track KPIs and prepare reports
- Provide ad hoc support to the consultancy team
- Successful previous experience in sales and client management with a successful track record in meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strategic planning and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a high performing team across the Brand Advance Group
Salary:\- £33,000 \- £35,000 depending on experience
