DE&I Lead Specialist

As our new DE\&I Lead Specialist, you will be driving the end\-to\-end rollout of Grundfos's new company\-wide second\-generation DE\&I strategy, translating it into tangible actions across every level of the organization. You'll be part of a supportive and inclusive culture that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well\-being, and a sense of belonging.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Diversity, Equity \& Inclusion team, you'll create impact by leading a company\-wide initiative that embeds inclusion into how Grundfos operates, ensuring our DE\&I strategy connects meaningfully to business priorities and reaches every corner of the organization.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Lead the rollout of the new strategic framework, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables from strategy to execution


• Lead stakeholder alignment and engagement at all organizational levels, influencing without formal authority to drive adoption and commitment


• Design and deliver the communication of the framework that builds awareness, engagement and ownership across the organization


• Connect DE\&I priorities to broader business objectives, ensuring the strategy is embedded into everyday ways of working rather than a standalone initiative


• Contribute to ongoing initiatives and strengthen the impact of our internal networks and communities

We would also imagine that you have:

• Proven experience leading large\-scale, cross\-functional projects or strategy rollouts in a global or regional context


• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a track record of engaging senior leaders and diverse audiences


• Fluent English and experience creating engaging communication for employees from a wide range of backgrounds


• Demonstrated understanding of how DE\&I connects to and supports business strategy
