Days Transport Team Leader

Buffaload Logistics are an award winning chilled distribution Company based in Huntingdon with further depots in Avonmouth, Skelmersdale, Bellshill, Coventry and Crewe.

We are looking to recruit a Dayshift Transport Team Leader to work a 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern to join our busy Days Transport Team based in Crewe.

• Working with the transport management team to ensure the control and monitoring of driver and legal compliance.


• Maintain systems and procedures to ensure compliance.


• To ensure Transport (Drivers) is compliant with all aspects of health and safety legislation.


• Manage the drivers to ensure all customer requirements and legal requirements are achieved.


• Support with maximizing vehicle utilization.


• Ensure legal compliance for VOSA, WTD and Tachograph legislation \& Operators Licence.

You will be an experienced Transport Team Leader, confident managing a large fleet and team of drivers. You must have vast experience with the management of strict policy processes management skills.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £30,500\.00 per year
