Day-Time Manager | Full-Time

One of Dublin's most iconic bars, Bruxelle's, is seeking an Experienced Day\-time Manager to join their busy, friendly team working five morning shifts per week. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while supporting day\-to\-day operations and the rest of the team.

*The Ideal Candidate Will Have*

• 5\+ years experience in a supervisory or management role within the Irish hospitality industry in a traditional pub setting


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• A hands on approach with the ability to work effectively in a busy service environment


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Oversee the daily operation of a high volume city centre pub


• Ensure consistently high standards of customer service are delivered at all times


• Assist with staff training, development and performance management while creating a positive team culture


• Ensure all health, safety, hygiene and licensing regulations are fully adhered to


• Support the delivery of sales targets, cost controls and overall business performance

• Must have 5\+ years experience in a supervisory or management role within the Irish hospitality industry in a traditional pub setting.


• Must be available to work five morning shifts per week.


• Must possess strong leadership and team management skills.
