Future Hours: 4 on, 4 off | 7:00am-7:00pm
PMR are delighted to be recruiting for a Concierge to join an exceptional new luxury residential development in London.
This is a rare opportunity to become the first member of the concierge team at a boutique, ultra-prime development, helping to establish the resident experience from day one and setting the standards for years to come.
The development is currently approaching completion and preparing to welcome its first residents. During this launch phase, the successful candidate will work Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm whilst apartments are being marketed and occupied. Once the development becomes operational, the role will transition to a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (7:00am-7:00pm).
The salary will remain at £35,000 per annum throughout, despite the reduced hours during the initial launch period.
The Opportunity This role requires an individual capable of delivering truly exceptional service within a highly exclusive residential environment.
Residents will expect a discreet, polished and proactive service, comparable to that found within the world's finest hotels and private residences. The successful candidate will understand the importance of anticipating needs, maintaining absolute professionalism and creating a seamless resident experience.
In addition to traditional concierge duties, the role will support the launch of the development and assist with the transition from completion to occupation.
Key Responsibilities • Delivering a 5-star front-of-house experience for residents and guests
- Welcoming prospective purchasers and supporting property viewings
- Building strong relationships with residents from first occupation
- Managing deliveries, parcels and resident requests
- Assisting residents with luggage, transport arrangements and day-to-day requirements
- Coordinating contractors and monitoring works during the final stages of completion
- Conducting regular building inspections and reporting any issues
- Managing visitor access and maintaining site security
- Supporting the wider head office management team with the successful launch of the development
- Ensuring communal areas are presented to an impeccable standard at all times
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience within luxury residential developments, private residences or 5-star hospitality environments
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- A proactive and intuitive approach to resident care
- The confidence to engage with high-net-worth individuals and their representatives
- Excellent presentation and attention to detail
- The ability to remain calm, professional and discreet at all times
- A hands-on approach and willingness to support a new development through its launch phase
- Initial Monday-Friday working pattern
