What You'll Do:

• Deliver personal care and emotional support with dignity and kindness


• Assist with mobility, medication, and mealtime needs


• Provide companionship and a reassuring presence


• Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality, maintain continuity of cover, and complete a safe and effective handover before leaving each shift.


• Contribute to a warm, friendly atmosphere for residents and team members alike
